Gigi Perez’s team approached JPA Creative for assets to support the release of her song Fable, including a lyric video. She wanted it to feature her handwritten lyrics and personal drawings. Our team designed a minimalistic video that kept these elements as the main focus, incorporating subtle animation to add a touch of movement while maintaining a clean look. Some other assets that were made were lyric video cutdowns and social posts.

“Fable” Lyric Video
Gigi’s team wanted to create an animated visualizer for “At The Beach, In Every Life” that matched the story of the song, showing the love and the grief in the lyrics. As a team, our CDs and PMs worked on the “script”. We decided to create a video that combined all the songs that Gigi had already released as part of the journey that the main character goes through to find her person.
After working on polishing the script, making storyboards, and creating an animatic, we started the process of creating this world. We worked as a team to illustrate every element of the animation (not including Gigi’s personal illustrations, which she provided).
This was a huge project for us, and we had so much fun putting in together.
